Duty Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor to join our fantastic team at Eagles Dining Restaurants and Bar, an award winning restaurant, bar and function rooms situated in the south of Edinburgh.
As a duty manager, you will be customer focused, enthusiastic, provide the best in service and a passion for hospitality.

About You

Experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor who leads by example
Friendly outgoing and fun personality a must with the ability to positively inspire staff
You will ensure a high standard of service at all times
Excellent communication skills, computer literate and Social media savvy
You will have a great attitude towards your work. Taking pride in what you do and showing passion for food, drink and customer service
You will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety
As a key holder you will be expected to take responsibility for the opening and closing
You will have a valid Personal License for the sale of alcohol
Restaurant and Bar experience with a knowledge and passion of food and drink
