1. Our Story: From Dream to Reality

Founded in 2004, Tradita was born from a family's dream to celebrate and share the rich culinary heritage of Italy, Albania, and the Mediterranean region. Over two decades, our passion has transformed into a respected establishment renowned for authentic cuisine, outstanding hospitality, and uncompromising quality.

The name "Tradita"—meaning tradition—reflects our unwavering dedication to honouring our roots and commitment to honest, lovingly prepared food. Every day, we strive to create experiences rooted in cultural heritage and heartfelt warmth.

At Tradita, this belief guides every dish we prepare and every guest we serve. We aren’t driven by fleeting trends but by timeless traditions and consistent quality. Each meal is freshly cooked to order, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Our menu is a beautiful blend of regional Italian recipes and Albanian classics, creating dishes infused with authentic Mediterranean warmth and refined culinary expertise. Complementing our cuisine, our carefully curated wine list showcases exceptional bottles from Italy’s finest vineyards, thoughtfully selected to elevate every meal.

From the moment you arrive to the final bite of dessert, Tradita’s welcoming atmosphere ensures every guest feels at home.

  • 🇮🇹 Tagliatelle al Tartufo Nero
    Fresh egg pasta ribbons in rich black truffle cream sauce, finished with parmesan and garlic oil.

  • 🇦🇱 Fërgesë e Tiranës
    Traditional Albanian dish of roasted peppers, cottage cheese, and tomatoes in a creamy sauce, served with crusty bread.

  • 🌊 Grilled Sea Bass alla Ligure
    Whole sea bass grilled over charcoal, served with Ligurian olive and cherry tomato salsa.

  • 🧄 Lamb Chops with Herb & Garlic Marinade
    Chargrilled lamb cutlets marinated in Mediterranean herbs, served with seasonal roasted vegetables.

  • 🇮🇹🇦🇱 Byrek alla Siciliana
    Flaky Albanian filo pastry filled with Sicilian ricotta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.

    Angjelin is the heart behind Tradita. His lifelong passion for Mediterranean traditions has led the restaurant from humble beginnings to its respected place in the industry today.

  • 👩💼 Vitore Margjokaj – General Manager
    Vitore provides structure, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail. She ensures that every guest experiences the genuine hospitality Tradita is known for.

  • 👨🍳 Alvin Bicukaj – Culinary Lead
    Young, classically trained, and passionate, Alvin blends traditional flavours with modern innovation, honouring his heritage while embracing contemporary Mediterranean trends.
